What to Send Technical Support if You're Having an Issue with the Client

To get you working as quickly as possible, please send us the following items:

  • Original pXML files and any modified pXML files you've created.
  • Supply the information contained within this KB article What must I send to Endpoint Policy Manager support in order to get the FASTEST support?.
  • Screenshots or a video of the problem (if there's something to see).
