How do I suppress the pop-up of the Browser Router Chrome Extension at First run?

When you use the Chrome Pak or Chrome ADMX settings you can use this setting.

• Navigate to Policy Path: Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Google\Google Chrome\
• Policy Name: Continue running background apps when Google Chrome is closed
• Policy State: Disabled
