OneDrive for Business Node Reports for SharePoint Online
The following reports are available at the OneDrive for Business node and provide information for SharePoint Online instances:
Anonymous Access Links Report
The Anonymous Access Links report at the OneDrive for Business level displays personal sites that have access links generated to be shared with people outside of the organization (guest/anonymous users).
This report is comprised of the following columns:
- Site Collection – Site collection where the personal site resides
- File Name – Name of the file that is being shared anonymously
- Access – Type of access to the personal site granted to the guest/anonymous users
- URL – Path to the shared resource
OneDrive Scan Summary Report
The OneDrive Scan Summary report at the OneDrive for Business node provides an overview of scanned personal drives.
This report is comprised of the following columns:
- User Name – Name of the user with the OneDrive for Business personal site
- Url – Path to the OneDrive for Business personal site
- Resources – Count of resources that reside under each personal site
- Exceptions – Count of exceptions found in the personal site
